Fantastic Hotel in Victoria

We arrived prior to our check in time so they took our bags and sent us a text when our room was ready. Allowed us to start enjoying the city instead of just waiting around. The grounds are beautiful, the service excellent, the meals delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient to many of the attractions. I loved the history of this historic hotel. Special shout out to Zachary at the valet stand. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury and comfort.

We loved our stay. Everything was, in a word, dreamy. We stayed at the Empress for our 20 year anniversary, we did the gold room, it was amazing. Nicole went above and beyond and brought us a wonderful bottle of bubbly and fruit. The food was delicious and honestly, the service was bar-none. Thank you so very much for the memorable and relaxing stay.
