Really lovely studio unit in a gorgeous craftsman home. Very comfortable and in an ideal location
so close to lots of shops, restaurants and sights. Very walkable and a quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the Host. I would absolutely stay here again!

Holly has done everything possible to provide an excellent home away from home. The location is perfect for exploring central Victoria. The suite is well furnished with everything one would need. We were able to walk to everywhere that we wanted to go in town and easily caught a bus to Thetis Lake Park. We will definitely stay here again.

Eine wirklich charmante Unterkunft!

Das Apartment bot alle Annehmlichkeiten die den Aufenthalt zum Genuss machten. Da wir mit Mietwagen unterwegs waren , war der Parkplatz perfekt. Aber auch der öffentliche Nahverkehr , Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fusslÀufig erreichbar. Und von grasenden Rehen in den Abend begleitet zu werden ... Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic amenities and location!

Holly has set everything in place to make your stay effortless, from coffee or tea for your first mornings to a night light for the bathroom! A detailed manual answers and questions and gives suggestions for sights and walking distances. We walked 10 mins to Cook St Village for groceries, wine, and a choice of several restaurants - and got to see peacocks wandering around. We highly recommend The Beagle restaurant, and ate there 4 times due to the food, reasonable price, and convenience. Don't hesitate to book at Holly's historic home, with all the modern conveniences.

Perfect stay

Great location close to Cook Street and Moss Street Market on Saturday's. Surrounded by beautiful old houses. Flowers, plants and beautiful trees everywhere. Away from busy traffic but yet so close to everything. We will definitely be back for our next visit to Victoria it was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Holly was responsive, caring and easy to deal with. Thank you for the great stay.

Our brief stay at the Studio in the Charming Manor was indeed pleasant and met all our expectations. The hostess Holly was attentive and obliging, the premises were clean and well appointed. Location was ideal. Hope to be back soon!

Charming Suite

Suite is very well laid out and very clean. It is obvious that there has been a lot of thought into thoroughly equipping the suite as nothing we needed was missing. The area is wonderful to walk around and it is centrally located for the areas we wanted to visit. Holly is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly return next time we visit Victoria.

Perfect stay

I travel often and usually stay in higher end hotels. This was my first time staying at this type of property and I loved it ! The room was was indeed charming and located in a gorgeous area within waking distance of restaurants and interesting places to see. Holly was very responsive to my questions. Cook Street Village Perfect

We love it here (second stay). It’s nicely furnished and quiet. The kitchen is provisioned with all the necessary items including sugar coffee tea spices & olive oil so it’s all set to go. We’ll definitely be back.

I am a local Islander who comes to Victoria to visit family and friends. This is the first time I have stayed at “The Manor” in Fairfield.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay !!! The bed was very comfy and the location perfect with lots to see and do.
