The only problem was on near the back entrance of the hotel, that was not cleaned or swept. Otherwise the total experience was great.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and close to my business trip for the week. Only downside was a breakfast was mediocre and did not start early enough. Otherwise the hotel room was great.

The bed was comfortable and everything was clean, the breakfast was hot and good, but there were a few glitches. The bathroom light which was on some kind of motion sensor wasn’t working correctly. It stayed on continuously, was difficult to turn off (it didn’t go off automatically as it was designed to do). The shampoo etc. dispensers were almost empty and very difficult to squeeze anything out of them. The ice machines on the second and third floors were out of order. I won’t mention the fact that the fire alarm went off at 6:30 and took them quite awhile to shut it off, apparently a false alarm but there was no communication from the staff in way of an explanation or apology. All of these issues were relatively minor when viewed separately but we won’t be staying there again.

The clerk was amazing. I was placed on 3 floor earlier in the day. I did ask for a 1st floor on my reservation request. Room 311 was very nice. Had a strong cleaning solution smell, but ok The afternoon clerk saw my request, apologized and placed me in a room on first floor. Unfortunately this room 121 had some issues. Bathroom sink leaked bad, mirror light did not work, the sensor on bathroom light did not work. I gave the list to the next morning clerk, not sure if she gave it to maintenance

This facility is spotlessly clean throughout. Comfy bed, pillows & coverlet. Nice and cool. Great shower with fluffy towels. Breakfast was great with both hot and healthy options. Very quiet so we had a restful night's sleep. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this BW for a restful night's sleep.
