Seemed like the sheet weren't clean. Still had a lot of hair on the sheets that was from neither my partner and I. Clearly it was from the previous guest. Had some issues with the Internet. Otherwise a nice and helpful staff.
I was given a smokers room so I asked the clerk to switch out. She said.no because I booked through hotels.com/expedia nothing could be done. I would have to book through motel 6 nest time. So we got to the room and it was horrible! Reeled of years of smoke,hole in bathroom door. The final insult was the bed. The springs were poking through the mattress. It was like a bed of nails. ! So we kinda lost it and were preparing to leave
The phone rang and it was the front desk She now offered to change our room. ( had written a bad review to their website. $
The new room was 10 x better than the original. I am super pleased they fixed it for us.
Here is the deal for us as customers however. When you book through H.Com. You get NO choice of rooms or refund. So what ever you do donât book the âlast oneâ I also did not see on the website that it was a smoking room. I get migraines. Can not do it I had thought smoking in hotel rooms was done away with.
Readers digest version is gravely disappointed in my first room resolved issue and good 2nd room No frills no extras but ok for a night in newer section.
