Reception had such negative and unwarranted rude behavior. Based off of google reviews, I suspect she is completely out of line with other guests. After a lot of negativity once getting to Vienna, we realized that this city is ranked as one of the most rude cities in the world - and they are proud of it. However, she went out of her way to be rude. Once we got in, she was speaking German. We said hello and asked if she spoke English, she replied with "does it look like I speak English?" We then asked if we can check in early since we were about 2 hrs early. She responded with "I don't know who you are or your reservation. You haven't given me your passport so I don't know." The bed was also rough. If you share a bed, you can definitely feel every single movement of the other person.

Great place clean, comfortable beds and walking distance to metro and Belvedere castle. There is a grocery store in the train station and another a block away. We made breakfast in the room so not sure how their breakfast was. I would stay here again when back in Vienna

The location was perfect, close to the main train and local transportation hub. It was very walkable and located in a safe spot. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The in room laundry was fantastic, as was the kitchenette. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Spacious and clean room. Quiet neighborhood as it's not in the city center. Super convenient next to the the train station. Love that they have washer dryer as it's much needed for our mid trip stop. Bathroom is very modern and large. Plenty of storage and table / couch space for lounging. The only downsides are not a lot of restaurant options nearby. No microwave but has an oven. Microwave would've been more convenient for travelers like us. Overall it is an amazing place for long stay!

The inclusion of a stove, clothes washer and dish washer was ideal, but instructions would have been ideal, as I was visiting from another country. Also, could not understand how to use the television. As an older guest, some things are not that intuitive, as every set-up and place is different. Again, some instructions would have been nice. While the hotel staff was professional and polite, a dedicated individual for concierge would really be a plus. Often when I went to the desk there was a line of people checking in or out. A second point of contact - someone to answer general questions about my room or Vienna would have been ideal. Nice bathroom and adequate space for sleeping/working. Very nice ample closet space. Some additional hooks in the bathroom would be nice to hold housecoat somewhere other than the shower. Finally, I picked the hotel for proximity and price, AND for the pool. The water in the pool was not very warm. And yes, I get it, its a pool! But, it would have been nice to have it warmer for a November day, The sauna was not marked well, as I never found it. Overall, things went well.

Extremely close to all public transport and one of the main train stations In Wien. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The kitchenette and washer/dryer are wonderful for a stay of a few days/weeks. Cute cafes and restaurants nearby. Less than a 15 min walk to Belvedere Palace. We absolutely loved our stay at Adina and would stay there again next time we are in Vienna!

The studio apartment was espacious with all basic needs, small kitchen with all utensiles, washer/dryer in the room. The area is super safe an modern. Many restaurant options but beware that most close early. Train station nextdoor has an internal mall with many shops and restaurants. Downtown is walkable, takes around 20 minutes but a nice and safe path. Belvedere is very close. If you like comfort and travel with family, I would definitely recommend this option.

My apartment was very nice, clean, and just big enough. It would hv been nice to have some drawers but I made do with the 2 shelves in the closet. There needs to be some “how to” directions on how to work the stove top and also where to turn on the lights by the vent above the stovetop. I had to get Lilly (front desk) to come up to my room and show me how to locate and operate it all. Lilly was wonderful -helpful, and very sweet. I really liked that you could stock up on coffee pods as well as dishwasher and wash machine pods too. You just need to let folks know of this convenience at check in. Location was great too. Very quiet -surprising since the main train station is so close. Billa and Spar for grocery needs very handy to have so close. Having a full gym was also a wonderful amenity and I used it almost every day. I would stay there again.
