BED SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED WHEN ASKED I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT!! The staff here were amazing during our stay! After our concert was cancelled they all helped boost our spirits with our own little concert in the lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel after the experience we had with the staff there!

A nice hotel close to family who we were visiting. Also near a variety of transport (tram, train and taxi). Breakfast was excellent. I’m not sure if there were issues with the heating but my room was boiling and I heard other people say theirs was freezing. I slept with the window open due to the heat (even though it was icy cold outside) and personally found the road noise too much and it disturbed my sleep. In the grand scheme of things these were minor issues really and if I’d used earplugs I probably would have been fine!

Modernes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service

Ein modernes Hotel, aber alles andere als steril. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und Bad. Das Bett hat gute Matratzen, die uns gut schlafen ließen. Wir kamen nach einer 10 stündigen Autofahrt an und bekamen noch eine Gulaschsuppe serviert
