Checked into a very nice room. Then at about 22:00 the lights/ac started to flicker on and off over the next 30 minutes, then off totally. Front staff tried to help by swapping cards at entry. Wouldn’t work. Offered to change rooms. The outside wall where the tv is had power. Was able to plug in cpap machine and phones. Next morning maintenance came in and replaced the card reader. Worked great until 20:00, lights out. Hotel upgraded our room to a suite. Very nice after that. Staff was friendly and helpful but these kinds of problems can’t be anticipated. A pain for us but couldn’t expect anything more from staff

The people at the reception desk and the ones helping with the breakfast service are outstanding. They are cheerfully helpful and very accommodating. The room was clean and the free all day long cake in the lounge is a nice touch. I would say everything was great, including the hotel location.

Located steps from the Naschmarkt and only two metro stops from Stephansplatz, the location is perfect! The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my family of four was oriented. Rooms were comfortable and there is a nice garden to relax or enjoy a beverage after your day exploring Vienna.
