This hotel is very charming but also has lovely upgrades. I just loved the double windows in the room and long, dramatic curtains. It made me feel like I was living a romantic Viennese life. The bed was comfortable. I did not have breakfast here because I liked going elsewhere. It’s a very walkable area. I went as a solo female traveler and felt safe walking everywhere in the area including at night. There are a lot of options within 2–5 minute walk and lots more within a 10-15 minute walk. The area and hotel is very clean. You can always get an uber or taxi within a couple of minutes. The staff at the desk is very friendly and helpful. They answer any questions you have and jump to offer to make phone calls and get rides for you. I left my stay very early in the morning. I was having issues with my uber app and the gentleman at the desk made me some excellent coffee while I waited and engaged with very friendly conversation. I definately would stay here again. Thank you to the staff for your hospitality.

El hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones son grandes y en general es muy cómodo, lo único que podría mejorar es que al ser un hotel de cadena sería estupedo contar con una crema corporal por lo manos, además del jabón. Todo lo demás fue perfecto.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful as well. The breakfast had plenty of items to select. The only glitch was the tv & access to apps which was allowed. Otherwise a great stay and close to mass transit & markets.

I traveled to Vienna to visit the Christmas Markets. This hotel is within waking distance to the largest Christmas market at Rathausplatz which is great! But I didn’t realize it was at least a 15 minute walk to the city center. Not a huge deal but as a solo traveler, walking back at night wasn’t ideal. You are very close to the metro so you could hop on within 3 minutes of the hotel. The room itself was a little dated and could use a refresh. I’ve been to 4 star hotels and I don’t think this is one. There is no fridge/mini bar in the standard room and no a/c in the winter. I know this may sound silly to have the a/c running in the winter but the room was VERY warm made it hard to sleep. Staff was friendly but if you can any to stay in the city center, I would look at hotels closer to that area.

Hotel is superb. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is really great with a great water pressure in the shower. The area is somewhat quiet so we slept great, but it was within 10 minutes of so many great sites. Highly recommended.

Check-in was very smooth, and the hotel staff continued to be very helpful throughout our stay. We needed food delivery late in the evening, and Lavinia at the front desk spent considerable time navigating the system for us, even staying past the end of her shift. The location of the hotel was a bonus, walkable to several restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and really comfortable. I would definitely stay in the hotel should I ever return to Vienna.

The room was perfect. Cleaned daily. A quiet night sleep. The hotel was perfectly located, just a few blocks to walk to the UnderGround train system. The beautiful Votive Church is also a few blocks away. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast. Breakfast was a bit expensive. I was offered a "discounted price upon checking in of 18 EUROS (Regular price was 24 EUROS). For what was offered, even 18 was too much. All in all, this hotel was lovely.

Beautiful hotel located at an amazing area- walk distance to city hall, university of vienna and some other main attractions. Also, all employees were really kind and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again if visit Vienna again.
