Too much cigarette smoke in lobby

Booked 2 suites and paid extra specifically for king sized beds. One of the suites on the top floor was a small “full” bed. We were able to switch to another room but it was smaller and then after 2 nights we had to move to a suite that we originally booked. No compensation was offered. We would have liked something like breakfast or a credit for the restaurant. Also the lobby is Always smoky because the employees sit outside with the door open and smoke behind the bar. Location is close to train station
