I knew since I booked this property that I am paying for location but I did not know that I will end up with a disaster broken flooring in main room when ever you step on it makes unpleasant noise like stepping on broken glass or ice.sleeping was impossiable if you are couples with different sleeping timing habit.when l booked with expedia no body ever mentioned this in room description.Expedia dealing with such property should provide us as client with full truth.I complained from 1st day and answer was from property we will deal with issue with no response.I feel that Expedia had not comply with contract of providing comfort lodging.I have a complete vidoe supporting the above I will presented along my formal complaint.I feel that I have been decieved for first time dealing with expedia.

Lage super, Bettwäsche/Handtücher mal erneuern

Der Check-In war in einer Mail beschrieben und hat gut geklappt. Unser Appartment wurde sauber und ordentlich angetroffen. Leider konnte ich dem Flachbild-TV trotz mehrmaligem Sendersuchlauf kein Bild entlocken (Antennenkabel war natürlich angeschlossen). Bei unserer Ankunft war die Tür des Kühlschranks leider nicht ganz verschlossen, weil sie mit der benachbarten Schranktür aneinander stieß. Auch konnten wir bei einer Garnitur Bettwäsche die Reißverschlüsse nicht schließen, sie waren schlicht verschlissen. Die Handtücher waren gerade noch in Ordnung, Gebrauchsspuren waren wohl durch die Reinigung nicht mehr zu entfernen. Unter diesen Aspekten ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aber immer noch ok, zumal die zentrale Lage wirklich sehr gut ist.

Posición inmejorable, pero bastante sucio

El piso estaba en una posición ideal y el edificio es muy bonito. No obstante lo encontré bastante sucio: los cubiertos, la tetera, la plancha, las cortinas. El edredón tenía un amancha aunque lo hubieran lavado. Faltaban básicos que por el precio del alojamiento podrían haber facilitado: para tres noches me dejaron una toalla para la cara y otra bastante pequeña para la ducha que no olian muy bien y un único bote diminuto como gel de ducha. ¡Menos mal que traía mi neceser! En la cocina tampoco había nada para limpiar a excepción del lavavajilla. Si mejoraran un poco la limpieza y demás detalles mencionado, podría ser un sitio ideal

Kleines Apartment in der Innenstadt

Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Wir bekamen sehr detaillierte Auskunft , wie wir ab Flughafen zur Wohnung kommen. War wirklich gut. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben , bis auf das Bett. 140 cm für zwei Erwachsene Personen !!. Das Bett stand in einer Nische. Der hintere musste über den andern klettern. Bei der buchung war unsere Wunsch zwei Einzelbetten. Deshalb können wir die Wohnung nur jungen Leuten empfehlen, denen der Platzmangel im Bett nichts ausmacht
