The close proximity to the city centre makes it possible to visit the city centre without having to rely on a car or public transport.

Modern furnished small but nice flat close to the Vienna State Opera, Musikverein and Naschmarkt offer ideal conditions for a magical stay in Vienna. Also ideal for a business stay. The immediate vicinity to the city centre with excellent connections to CAT and important train stations allows for short arrival times as well as city centre tours, where you do not have to rely on car or public transport.

If you arrive early or leave late, my basement is available for safe storage of your luggage.

The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Vienna University of Technology and the famous Kunsthallencafé on Karlsplatz, which is frequented mainly by Vienna's creative people and is also one of the most important transport hubs in the Austrian capital, thus guaranteeing first-class public transport connections. If one of your destinations is not within walking distance - the Karlsplatz station can be reached in 2-3 minutes and offers connections in practically all directions with the underground lines U1, U2 and U4 and numerous other tram and bus connections. Hotspots in the immediate vicinity include the Kunsthalle Wien, the Karlskirche, the Musikverein and the Vienna State Opera, as well as the popular Naschmarkt.

Several underground trains and trams leave directly from Karlsplatz near the flat.
