It was the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. We could see that it had not been cleaned before we get there. The bathtub couldn’t empty the water. The room had mold. In general, it was not worth it.

There was no parking and parking area area was not cleared from snow. My disabled husband could not get out of the car because of that. I asked for a refund because we could not get him out of the car due to snow and was refused. Lobby also looked dirty and grimy.
