Our cosy home is located across the lovely Arenbergpark in a beautiful & historic area just 10 min. from the city centre and 5 min. from the Belvedere castle. It is easily reachable from the airport (the airport train S7 has a station just 2 minutes away) and the Central Railway Station. The apartment has comfortable beds, a classy living room with a beautiful dinner - or working - table, a washing machine & a baby cot. It`s perfect for your family or business trip, for short- or long-term stay.
Our apartment has the typical Viennese fin de siècle architecture with high ceilings and tall windows, folding doors and parquet floors. The apartment is furnished with a fine selection of cozy antique and modern furniture.

The flat has two bedrooms, one living room with a big dining table or working space and a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom and toilette are separate. In the large bedroom there is a king-sized bed, in the living room a pull-out sofa and an antique berth bed and in the small bedroom a bunk bed for two. If necessary, we also have a cot for your baby.
