The hotel was conveniently situated close to the main train and tram station so access to the city and beyond was easy. The staff were more than helpful and very patient with some of the requests my party were asking. The room was warm clean and spacious maybe if i had one criticism it would be the lack of draw space for your smaller clothes. The breakfast was a display of continental foods at its best and always as a plate became empty it was replaced by a fresh plate of food. All in all a great week spent in a delightful friendly hotel more like home than home.

Una excelente opción, el hotel esta muy cerca de la estacion de tren central lo cual hace muy facil llegar con maletas a pie. El check-in muy rapido y sencillo, el personal amable. El hotel con todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones amplias y comodas. Todo muy limpio. Me volveria a quedar si volviera a esta ciudad. Muy recomendable.

Staff are like robot and a guy who assisted us dress just like coming out of kitchen. The bedsheets smells like kitchen towels. Beware of bathroom floor is so slippery. There was trash on the floor when we walked in. Hotel provided tea but no kettle. Want us to get hot water from Espresso machine? Not good! I will not stay here again.
