This semi-renovated penthouse, with capacity for up to 4 guests, is located right on Paseo Pau Casals, the very heart of La Pineda, directly opposite the Pinar del Perruquet. Surrounded by all kinds of services and restaurants, and just a short walk from Aquopolis Costa Dorada, you won’t need a car during your stay.



LAYOUT

- Living-dining room with open-plan kitchen.

- Master bedroom with a double bed.

- Second bedroom (added through renovation) with two single beds. Access to this bedroom is via the terrace or through the bathroom.

- Bathroom with shower. The indoor shower is located within the bedroom area (please check the photos if you have any doubts).

- Spectacular terrace with sea views and a second outdoor shower with hot water.



GOOD TO KNOW

- The lift does not reach the top floor. The last level must be accessed via the stairs.

- Group bookings are not accepted. This accommodation is rented exclusively to families.

- Pets are not allowed.

- One air conditioning unit in the living room and one in each bedroom.

- Outdoor parking space available on request and at an additional cost.

- Tourist tax not included in the rental price. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival, including guest details as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and full payment. Otherwise, key handover cannot be guaranteed.
