Finca Aubadellet is an old Mallorcan agricultural estate dating back to the early 19th century, fully restored in 2010 while preserving all its original charm, both inside and out.

The property is distributed over two floors and features a beautifully maintained garden area with about 600 m² of lawn within the large plot.

On the ground floor, there is a bright dining room next to the fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, an additional cozy lounge, a double bedroom, and a complete bathroom with shower.

The upper floor offers three double bedrooms, a pleasant sitting room, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub.

The house is equipped with ceiling fans, satellite TV, WiFi internet, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, as well as a cot and highchair for the little ones.

Outdoors, you will find a large porch with garden furniture, barbecue, a guest toilet, and a wonderful swimming pool surrounded by lawn – perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate.

The finca is located in Villafranca de Bonany, a charming and peaceful village in the heart of Mallorca, well known for its authentic Mallorcan character. Its location is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation, while still being well connected to the rest of the island. Very close by lies Manacor, one of the most important towns in Mallorca, famous for its furniture industry and as the birthplace of world tennis champion Rafael Nadal. From there, you can easily reach the coast and the picturesque Porto Cristo, with its beach and the famous Drach Caves and Hams Caves – a must-visit to discover a unique natural spectacle.
