El personal de recepción no atiende bien, te habla muy mamon y por primera vez me dicen que si queria el control de la Tv tenia que dejar $100 y en ningun hotel de los que he estado me habian dicho esas tonterias, se supone que eso va incluido, por eso pagué la habitación. PÉSIMO SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL.
