In fact, the bathtub is divided from the bedroom by a marble bar, which actually starts the bathroom. In front of it, there is a huge marble washbasin, next to which you will find a shower and, wait for it, a private sauna. The other four bedrooms rely on a double bed and an en-suite each, three with shower and one with bathtub and a double washbasin.

The living area is the place where you will spend unforgettable moments with your beloved ones. It is divided into an enormous living room with fireplace and comfortable sofas, leading off into a dining area. The most noteworthy features of this room are definitely the huge wooden dining table located in the middle and the wide windows that allow a panoramic view of the garden. The bright, independent kitchen is completely equipped and reminds of the colours of the sea, typical of Mediterranean countries. From the kitchen, you can access a smaller living area, with a TV and rustic decoration. The last room of the ground floor is a luminous studio, whose light is provided by the windows located on three sides of the room.

The show goes on in the outdoor area. The patio is what will welcome you first. Surrounded by lush vegetation and with striking views of the bordering hills, you will relish your breakfast or any meals you’ll want to enjoy here. Before reaching the private pool, pay a visit to the intimate wooden gazebo where another outdoor dining area is located. The views provided here are definitely the most relaxing of the whole property. Lastly, take a dip into the magnificent private pool, in the shadow of centenary trees, sunbathe on the sun loungers or enjoy a drink in the chill-out area.
