Wir haben nach einer Woche im Camper die zweite Woche in dem HĂ€uschen sehr genossen, vor allem der Außenbereich mit Terrasse, tollem Meerblick und auch die Dusche im Garten! Kurzer Weg an einen wirklich schönen Strand.

Beautiful at an amazing beach

This charming villa offers a spectacular view from the terrace. It is only a 5 minutes walk to the most wonderful beach in the area. The rooms a decorated nicely and the bathrooms are renovated. Nicoletta is a very friendly and helpful host. We could always reach her and she helped us right away. We can recommend this beautiful villa. We will definitly come back. Mille grazie a Nicoletta!

Cozy house with great view from terrasse

We had a great stay with our two kids at this Villa in Porto Sa Ruxi. The villa has everything you need and is very cozy. The Terrasse with a great view of the sea is certainly an absolute highlight to have breakfast, BBQ etc. The beach in walking distance is beautiful and not too packed. An outside shower is available at the villa after return from the beach which is very comfortable. The host Nicoletta is super helpful and communication via messenger was easy. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful holidays ...

... like last year: it was the second time we stayed at Nicoletta's lovely place on the beach and it was as fantastic as last year :) we were sorry to leave and will certainly come again! The view from the house is breath-taking: turquoise waters from every room (if you stayed inside) apart from bathroom :) but we mainly lived outdoors and even though there is a perfectly new and refurbished bathroom, we mainly used the outdoor garden shower because we could :) We didn't even want to dine out because of the view from the big terrace. Only five minutes down some stairs and you can spend the day on one of the lovelies beaches you can imagine - that's all we wanted for our relaxing time! Thank you very much for everything and we'd definitely come again :)

Familienurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Porto sa Ruxi ist eine ruhige kleine Gemeinde ohne Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung liegt an einer privaten, zugangsbeschrĂ€nkten Straße. Unser Host hat beim Check-in das Tor dazu per Handy fern geöffnet, anschließend wird das Tor per Fernbedienung geöffnet. Durch die ZugansbeschrĂ€nkung ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt mittig am Hang. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich wunderschön. Der beschriebene Strand ist in 3 Buchten aufgeteilt und die Treppe umfasst 160 Stufen, die sich aber gut bewĂ€ltigen lassen (die Hauptstraße wird mit einer UnterfĂŒhrung unterquert). Es gibt auch eine SĂŒĂŸwasserdusche und Toiletten (je 1€) sowie ein kleines Strandrestaurant schön unter BĂ€umen. FĂŒr unsere Kleine (11 M.) war das Haus gut ausgestattet: Kinderbett 70x140 (Reisevariante), Wickeltisch mit Auflage, Babylaufstall, Spielhaus, Sandspielzeug...wir haben sogar den vorhandenen WĂ€schekorb als Badewanne verwendet. Das Haus hat einen charmanten Meerhauscharakter und ist wie beschrieben. Der Außenbereich könnte etwas Liebe gebrauchen, aber evtl. lag das an der Reisezeit, ggf. wird das in den Wintermonaten gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful holidays

This house is a gem: we were so sorry to leave the beautiful view of the sea and coastline. We loved every minute! The house has a newly-installed bathroom which we rarely used because of the outside shower which was lovely. The garden/terrace area is excellent for every demand: some shade, some sunshine and some airconditioning in the bedrooms. And the best for last: only 5 minutes to one of the most beautiful beaches (at least we thought so) of Sardinia. We miss it already and want to come back next summer!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren im Sommer zwei Wochen in Nicolettas schönem Haus und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, man ist direkt am Strand mit einer tollen, nie ĂŒberfĂŒllten Bucht und man hat einen fabelhaften Ausblick von der Terrasse aufs Meer. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gutes Haus in schöner Lage

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kids angereist. Das Haus und die Ausstattung sind soweit ok! Sicher gibt es hier und da etwas zu verbessern bzw. erneuern, aber grundsĂ€tzlich ist alles da! Eines der BĂ€der ist neu und ganz schön. Der große Vorteil sind die Terrasse mit dem tollen Ausblick und die NĂ€he zum wirklich schönen Strand! (159 Stufen, die es aber in sich haben) Hin und wieder hat es draußen nach Abwasser gerochen, was dann etwas unangenehm war. Die Gegend bietet nicht so viel Abwechslung. Cagliari ist sicher einen Besuch wert. Die Vermieter sind zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Alles in allem war das Haus, gemessen am Preis, gut. Wir werden aber nicht wiederkommen, weil es uns im Nord/Osten der Insel besser gefĂ€llt. Dort hat man mehr Möglichkeiten und Abwechslung.

Traumhaft !

Wunderschön am Hang gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einer tollen Terrasse im GrĂŒnen und einem wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was es braucht ausgestattet. Kinderstuhl und -Bett wurden uns zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Über eine lange Treppe ist der wunderschne Strand in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr gut und sie war sehr bemĂŒht uns bei allen Belangen sofort zu helfen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Toller Aufenthalt!

Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht und die Terrasse ist unschlagbar! Wer sich allerdings mit Treppensteigen schwer tut, ist hier falsch... Sowohl zum/im Haus als auch zum Strand geht es nur ĂŒber Treppen. Der Strand ist mehr als super: viele kleine feinsandige Buchten zwischen großen Steinen am tĂŒrkisblauen, klaren Wasser! Vielen lieben Dank an Nicoletta und Corrado - wir kommen wieder!

Der Blick von der Terasse macht alles wett.

Wir waren 2 Paare und dafĂŒr ist dieses Haus völlig ok. Es ist einfach eingerichtet, aber alles völlig ausreichend. Ein Manko ist die einzige, etwas kleine Dusche im Bad. Es gibt aber auch eine Außendusche, die ist aber nichts fĂŒr Warmduscher :). Strand vor Ort ist ok, in 5 Min durch viele Treppen zu erreichen. Die muss man nachher halt auch wieder hoch.

Wir kommen wieder

Nicoletta war unheimlich hilfsbereit. Sie hat unser anfĂ€ngliches Internetproplem mit viel Engagement gelöst. Der Strand, der nurcrunuge Gehminuten unterhalb liegt ist super! Gut zum Schnorcheln! Ruckzuck ist man aber auch schnell an anderen StrĂ€nden und in villalisimus, wo es alles gibt, was das Herz begehrt! Anfangs fanden wir das Haus etwas verwinkelt, aber letztlich haben wir ohnehin mehr Zeit auf der großzĂŒgigen Terrasse mit Essbereich verbracht! Wenn man etwas kritisieren soll, dann wĂ€re es der Pool
.nicht reizvoll und als wir dort waren, war er trotz Öffnungszeit geschlossen! Dennoch: Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder einmal!!!

Bien accueillis avec des explications claires et des pĂątisseries sardes, on se sent vite « comme Ă  la maison » car tout est laissĂ© Ă  disposition par les propriĂ©taires. L’accĂšs aux plages et criques sublimes est rapide. Les terrasses sont multiples et pratiques et offrent de belles vues. Quelques rĂ©serves : la maison Ă©tait moyennement bien nettoyĂ©e (toiles d’araignĂ©es, fourmis mortes au milieu de l’insecticide) et poubelles non vidĂ©es. ATTENTION : la piscine est Ă©loignĂ©e de la maison (nĂ©cessite de traverser une route trĂšs passante), est payante et moche. On ne l’a finalement pas utilisĂ©e.

Wir waren mit der Villa sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin ist seht freundlich, es wurde uns alles gut erklĂ€rt. Die zahlreichen Terrassen mit phantastischen Ausblicken waren absolut super und erholsam. Die Fotos entsprechen alle der RealitĂ€t. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgĂŒnstig, dennoch sehr ruhig. Der Weg zum sehr idyllischen, vor Winden sehr gut geschĂŒtzten Strand ist kurz, feiner Sand und Felsen zum Schnorcheln. Sonnenschirme waren am Haus vorhanden. Die KĂŒche ist perfekt mit GerĂ€ten und Equipement sowie reichlich Geschirr ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr zu Hause gefĂŒhlt und einen wunderschönen, erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Villasimius hat viele tolle StrĂ€nde, nette Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Nicoletta und Sergio

Casa desastre y descuidada (10 dĂ­as horrorosos)

Propiedad deplorable. La casa estĂĄ descuidada y sucia, con telarañas, el baño de abajo huele a mal en el exterior en pleno verano. La instalaciĂłn elĂ©ctrica es peligrosa, muchos conexiones son aĂ©reas conectadas sin ningĂșn tipo de cuidado incumpliendo la normativa. Somos unos clientes realmente insatisfechos con este alquiler vacacional. Propiedad no recomendable.

Bellissima vacanza all’insegna del relax e del mare

Vacanza in Sardegna indimenticabile! Casa con una vista sul mare meravigliosa, la casa Ăš immersa nella natura della macchia mediterranea e arricchita da tanti fiori colorati. Indimenticabili le cene e i pranzi, ma sopratutto, le colazioni di fronte al mare con il sottofondo degli uccellini e il rumore del mare. La spiaggia sottostante di Porto sa Ruxi Ăš un sogno. Bellissima vacanza! Proprietari gentili e disponibili.
