Accueil incroyable au coeur de la zone de villégiature VB à pied au bord de l'océan.

La maison TREE peut accueillir 10 personnes. La TREE HOUSE et une maison ouverte et spacieuse confortable est situé dans la communauté paisible et sûre Old Beach. Notre maison se trouve à 7 minutes à pied du bord de mer et de la plage, le marché, Convention Center, Musée d'art contemporain, des parcs d'attractions, et plus encore. Il est une courte distance en voiture (10 minutes) à l'Aquarium et le golf local. La maison d'arbre a deux chambres avec 2 lits queen size dans chaque chambre avec une télévision (4 personnes dans chaque chambre). La troisiÚme chambre a un lit king et TV et 2 couchages. Chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain complÚte et il y a un demi-bain dans le salon. Il y a un grand parking dans l'allée pour 4 véhicules et une grande offre de plate-forme extérieure de manger et espace de détente. La maison est équipée de tous les draps et serviettes, casseroles et ustensiles de cuisine, barbecue et plus encore. Machine à laver et sÚche-linge. croiseurs de plage, planches de surf, des serviettes de plage, parapluies, jouets sont disponibles à la location. Aussi chaise haute, berceau sont disponibles à la location. animaux formés sont les bienvenus moyennant un supplément.

The Treehouse is conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to a playground for the kids. The property owner was very responsive to our questions. There was plenty of space of a family of 8 (6 adults/2kids) and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. The deck was nice for meals with the large picnic table. A few items we were disappointed in were the condition of the kitchen chairs, the cushions were worn and felt like sitting on a toilet. The wooden chairs, shaky and unstable. I’d suggest benches would be much more comfortable. The straps holding the cushions on the outdoor furniture were stretched and/or broken making it uncomfortable and unsafe for adults to sit. Downstairs shower curtain was not long enough so it would blow out leaking water on the floor. To avoid that we needed to have the shower head pointed in the corner making for an uncomfortable experience. The electronic lock on the door stopped working 3 days into our stay leaving us stranded outside for over an hour and a half during a rainstorm. Fortunately the carport provided shelter while we waited for the property manager and a locksmith. The locksmith was very nice and replaced the lock with a key lock which was much more convenient. Overall it was a nice place for our family to gather and enjoy our summer vacation.

Cute little house

We stayed for a week to come visit my best friend who lives in VA Beach. The house was the perfect middle ground between her house and the beach. Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Plenty of space to hang out together or spread out for down time. Having the washer and dryer was a huge bonus with going to the beach so much and even better no laundry left to do when we got home.

Would give 2.5 stars if i could. We made do with the place because obviously it was already booked. About a 10 minute walk from the beach or boardwalk. Looks better in the pictures than it does it person. The downstairs shower curtain is not long enough so it was constanly was falling out and the floor was always getting wet. The dryer vent is completely blocked so it takes a really long time for anything to dry. The carpets could use a shampoo or even just being replaced. Every seat in the kitchen feels like you are going to fall through. Big outlet hole in the floor of the living room that is quite the hazard. Beds upstairs are like giant pits and sink all the way in. Giant gap between upstairs bath tub and floor next to it leaving the exposed wood wet and starting to smell like mildew. The supports under the house at the carport look like they need replaced very soon. Patio was a nice area minus being attacked by mosquitoes within 5 minutes of sitting out there. It is located in a decent area and enough space for 5 adults and 3 kids. Everything is very weathered.

This property was perfect for what we needed! I took a girls trip for my bachelorette, and it was a perfect place for us to hang out- we had a paint night on the lovely picnic table outside, it’s an easy walk to get to the beach, and walkable to all the bars and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful week in Virginia Beach! We were there for a dance competition but wanted to be close to the beach. The house is a 8-10 minute walk to the beach - super convenient but also on a quiet street. Tom was great to work with and we found the house to be well appointed and comfortable.

Overall good but could use some improvement

The house itself suited are needs. Very disappointed to not be able to use the deck and fire table in the evenings due to quite a few cockroaches. Also, the ants became bothersome in the kitchen by the end of the week.

Great house for a group

We loved this house! We had a group of 10 ladies that were attending a womens conference. Even with 10 we had plenty of room to congregate between the livingroom, kitchen/diningroom not to mention the deck off the dining area which we didnt really use. We loved the bright colors in the rooms. Probably only con is the livingroom is right off the master bedroom so unless your group knows how to be stealthy quiet you will probably be up shortly after the first or second person. I slept in what we called the "Flamingo" room and if you prefer a hard mattress you may want to try another room. I cant speak to the other rooms. Otherwise, this house has everything you need. The owners were very good at communicating with you. There is plenty of parking and its a 10 min walk to the beach. What more can you ask for! We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location, wonderful hosts

We came into town for a volleyball tournament. The listing was absolutely accurate and the house was in a wonderful location. A few blocks from the beach and a 5 minute ride to the convention center. The house was a little dated but in a very charming way. My teen loved having a room to herself to decompress after her full day. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need in it. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!!!

Absolutely perfect

The home is absolutely beautiful and large enough for us to have our own space yet we could gather in the open concept living room and kitchen. Location of the home is near everything you could possibly need from restaurants, to bars, to the beach and small variety stores. Our hosts were attentive and gave us thorough instructions for everything in the house. We would love to visit again. Thanks a million.

Good beach house

Nice house and big enough for 6 adults and 2 kids for the week. Bit of a walk to the beach but we already knew what we were getting in to. The house definitely needs some general upgrades - mostly the bathrooms are very dated. The beds aren’t very comfortable either but were fine for the week. There was a crib provided but it was old and the mattress was far too soft for a child to sleep on and I wasn’t sure of the history of the sleep space so I’m glad I brought our own pack n play. There was also a baby gate already there but it was impossible to properly put up with the spiral staircase. We had to do some shifting of furniture to make sure the baby didn’t get up the stairs. Would also recommend filling in the hole in the floor behind the couch - not sure if it was an outlet at some point but little fingers couldn’t resist. Also none of the air vents are properly attached so the kids kept playing with them and removing them. Had to block most of them off as well because of not wanting anyone to fall in. All this to say, if you don’t have small children it’s a perfectly fine house to stay in. Just some things to consider before booking if you have little curious ones.

Much needed vaca

We had a very relaxing time. Loved the house! We had 2 issues, the fire pit wouldn’t start and the toilet in the green room kept running emptying the tank daily. In spit of those issues, our time in Virginia Beach was wonderful.

Nice house but needs more love

The house is nice and had enough room to stay for a family of 6. We were disappointed in the lack of care paid to the details. What I mean is that there were issues with the house that would have been fixed if the owners actually stayed there. You can tell this is just a rental to them. The light at the front door was out so you could not see the code pad to get in without using a flashlight. The lights on the stove don't work, the firepit does not work (even with propane) the downstairs door to the balcony would not open. The toilet paper holder was torn off the wall in the 1/2 bath. The upstairs bathrooms need attention also - light fixture hanging down, toilet issues. Maybe I'm too picky but if I am going to pay these prices I expect the house to be kept up-to-date.

Virginia Beach with great location!

We stayed with our 4 children and grandparents, the house was very comfortable with plenty of beds for all of us. The location was perfect, we never drove as we were able to walk to the beach and several restaurants. We loved the home and would definitely stay here again!
