Great hotel right on the beach with easy garage parking. We’re picky about breakfast and this breakfast was very good! Rooms were clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Even though the view of the beach had heavy equipment for the VAB pipe drainage project, we didn't mind. It was not far to get access to the beach. It was fun to watch the machinery working. I loved the room layout with the separate bedrooms and that I could shut my door so my boys could watch their TV and could watch mine. The breakfast was good and there was plenty. The complimentary coffee and tea bar was a nice addition in the lobby. My boys enjoyed the indoor pool, since the ocean was still cold.

They lost both elevators the first day of check-in. We were on the ninth floor and had to take all our luggage up the staircase. They did get the elevator fixed the next day so they had one working elevator.

The location was amazing, however the entire floor I was staying on reeked of smoke, the view was interrupted by construction, they only allow 1 parking spot which is unreasonable when your coming from out of town. Also the rooms are deceiving one room is great with the view the other is a small dungeon with no windows. When I brought all of this up to the hotel manager he did not care did not help he was going to cancel our stay… which was not possiable for us as we would have been out over $1000 and no time to book another room some where else… the breakfast was great

The staff was really nice and helpful when I had questions and issues. In the middle of the night when there were very loud people in the hallways, I called the front desk and they immediately came up to quiet things down. In the dining room in the morning there was a wonderfully cheery woman working who chatted, pointed out the dolphins in the water, and spread good cheer.
