Waited for clean towels for two days. Parking garage was a block and a half away. Elevator in parking garage did not work. My handicapped husband (heart issues) had to walk down five sets of stairs. One of the pools was being renovated so it had no water. Indoor pool had scum on the surface. No one attending the front desk. Was told Valet would drive us to get our car when leaving but no Valet could be found and then was told they would not bring us to parking garage anyway. Very disappointed. Overall a nice room, staff were very professional and helpful. The vending machines were not stocked well on any floor. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch. Elevator was out for one day at the hotel and was out the whole stay at the parking garage but overall a good place.

Great location and beach view from the ocean front suites. Suite was large and kitchen was decently equipped. Good water pressure in shower, although the bathroom was just average size. Indoor and outdoor pools/spas were great. Staff at front desk was oftentimes unhelpful with simple requests. Took three requests to get the kitchen faucet fixed, and no one knew whether the hotel had recycling for plastics, etc. In any event, we would probably stay there again.

Clean room, convenient and friendly staff. Excellent view on beachfront. Parking is in a garage 2 blocks away and elevator in rhe garage was not working our entire stay. Not bad unless you have to park on an upper level.

My overall experience was disappointing. I messaged the property almost a week prior asking a question and was answered the day that I left the property (My stay was for 3 days). The front desk employee that checked me in was unhelpful and did not give me the "packet" outlining how everything at the property would work. My room was not clean when I went up and when I asked for a room change I was told by another front desk employee that they were completely booked (Mind you she did not even check her computer). I asked for the manager's card and called that evening. I did not receive a call back. The parking garage elevator a block away was down my entire stay and all we could be told if that the garage was not the hotels responsibility. Overall I would say that I would not book another stay at this location.
