1. Staff was very welcoming on Day 1. Excellent.
2. However, when I tried to call the front desk in the middle of the night when the neighbors were very noisy talking and laughing outside their room, there was no response. I tried twice. I was afraid to stick my head out the door to ask them to be quiet, but fortunately when I did, they went into their room and closed the door very apologetically. Still, the hotel staff should be the ones to enforce the quiet after 10PM rules.
3. In the middle of one night a drunk-sounding woman was walking up and down the walkway on the 6th floor banging on all the doors saying she couldn't find her room and was locked out. This woke me up, sending goosebumps of fright up my spine. Apparently one of the rooms on the 6th floor partied all night long.
4. I did not eat the breakfast. Options were limited and quality looked average.
5. My car was dripped on in its parking spot leaving a dirty residue. Underneath the car was a puddle.
6. The notebook describing the room etc was filthy inside and out, and needs to be replaced. I felt like I had to wash my hands after touching it.
7. The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean.
8. The air conditioner worked well and was not too noisy.
9. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good.
10. I liked the policy that the staff would not go into the room to clean it unless a specific request was made.
11. The smell of the room was OK.
12. The mini-fridge did not have a mini-freezer. It should.
