The room was very clean and nice! Enjoyed the ocean view. We had nothing but positive interactions with the staff. It was very easy to use all the wonderful facilities such as the pool hot tub and the sauna.

The overall property was clean and nicely decorated, the staff was friendly and professional, but the bed's mattress was very old, worn out with a huge sunken hole covering the majority of the mattress. The mattress was hard and completely worn out. At 6pm the shower had no hot water, the temperature was barely warm and by the emptiness of the parking lot I would say the hotel was not packed and there should have been plenty of hot water. Even the sink in the bathroom did not have hot water the next morning. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty and climbing out of the shower to get soap from the sink dispenser was required. Over all is was a very nice place to stay, but the mattress kept us awake until 3am and never did get a restful sleep. The mattress was ridiculously old, worn out!!!

There was a roach in our room when we got there. There are rats running around all around the building. No one informed us that they will be doing construction and they were hammering and beating on things all night long and all day. Staff was cooking food with curry in it that stunk up the whole hallway the whole time we were there because they left the doors open to their rooms. Other staff would be standing outside our room arguing loudly with people on the phone.

We were there in the middle of the winter. Nice and quiet, great views, great room options, plenty of parking spots and easy access to unload from the parking garage to our room. Do wish they had a special discount for adjoining suites for a family getaway. We also wonder how the parking would be during the busy summer season. We have stayed in the same room 2 years in a row and love it!

I always choose this hotel because it feels as close to home, The staff is very accommodating, I had a minor issue and they went above and beyond to help me especially TJ, Akeem and the manager on duty I think her name was Denise, but my phone wasn’t getting great reception so I couldn’t really here when she introduced herself, I apologize! There was another maintenance man that helped and I didn’t get his name!

Beach view was great. Been staying there since 2019, except for 2020. Was going down last year but even m ore this year. Tile floors were chipped or cracked, had to run hot water 30-45 sec for it to get warm in all faucets and shower, shower water fluctuated during the shower from comfortable to cold to hot. Veneer on dining room chairs war peeling It really need updating. I will be finding a new place next year. It's a shame because it's at a great location on the oceanfront.
