We had an amazing stay! The location is great - quiet and relaxing, but close to lots of activities (the wildlife refuge is wonderful). The house is lovely and well-stocked, and the hosts were responsive and always helpful. We can't wait to go back!

The Tiny House is awesome! The perfect space for our family of 4 (kids 10 and 13).This is our 3rd time staying in this community and by far this was the best location / house yet. The house itself was super clean and stocked with everything you could ever need and more. The golf cart was an added bonus, along with the kayaks, bikes and welcome basket. The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough good things about this space!! Everything, literally everything you need is there except you, your clothes and your toothbrush! Brooke and John have prepared for all the needs of their guests from cocktail tools, small appliances to food containers and spices. . Not just that, it’s beautifully decorated and landscaped. It is a true paradise get away providing for lovely private views. We cannot wait to go back!

Perfect little getaway

This was the perfect property for our family of 4. (Kids ages 9 and 10). The views and spectacular sunsets were the highlights for me. The house itself was super clean and cute and stocked with all the things we could need. The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. They provided much more than any other property that I’ve stayed in as far as cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. As well as a thoughtful gift basket upon arrival. The bay is quite literally your front yard. And the beach is a short golf cart ride and 2 minute walk away. Also the resort offers 2 swimming pools, playground, basketball court, etc. I couldn’t recommend this property enough for couples or a small family. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back this way!

Fourth of July to remember

What a magical week we had in Sandbridge. We have two kiddos (5 and 6) and the Tiny House was awesome. The welcome note and basket- quick response from hosts for our questions- and incredible location on the bay were all outstanding. We went kayaking, crabbing, and fishing in the bay after long days on the beach. I was hoping for an awesome week away with our family, and this far exceeded our expectations. We have been staying in sandbridge for our summer vacation for years and this was by far our favorite spot! We will be back :)

Best beach house

This is our second year staying in the tiny house and it gets better every year. The owners are super responsive and great to work with. They also do amazing personal touches on arrival, snacks, a bottle of wine etc. we adore this place and cannot say enough good things about it. Everything in the house is perfectly done and has everything you could possibly need!!! Will absolutely stay again!!! 😎

After our third stay at the tiny house, we feel even more attached than before. That’s 3 times in a year which should tell you it’s a 5-star stay. If we can’t stay there, we just won’t go to the VA Beach area. 10 stars on a scale of 5!

Beautiful house and views

This was a great place. We booked this tiny house hoping it was going to be big enough and comfortable. It absolutely has everything you need and the sunsets from the deck were spectacular. We used the kayaks every day on the bay and the bikes a couple of days cruising the state park. If you are worried the house is too small, it is not. Perfect for a couple. If you have kids, I am sure they would love it in the loft. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing and perfect vacation!!!

Our family had such a beautiful week in Sandbridge!!! First of all, if you have any concerns, don’t. This property has so much to offer and is on a perfect corner lot allowing the BEST view in the complex. There are a ton of recreational options and the kayaks were a perfect addition as well as the bikes. Though it’s literally the furthest property from the entrance, it’s super private and spacious making it 110% worth it. We loved the pools and amenities on site. The kitchen had the most amazing appliances and cookware making it easy to dish up any meal. There is plenty of storage and loved all of the techy things like good Wi-Fi, tv, cable/internet, Bluetooth, electronic fireplace and awesome lighting. The communication with the owners was top notch. Also, it was impeccably clean and easy to keep that way because of the availability of supplies. We wished we could stay forever!

Absolutely Fantastic

This was our third year at the resort and we had been looking at renting this house. It was amazing! Stunning sunsets from the deck, modern furnishings and decorations inside, extremely comfortable and relaxing! Hosts are very easy to work with and were overly accommodating. Zero complaints. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

The property was on point with the description! Sunsets are absolutely gorgeous! Everything about the property was amazing! Went for a surf trip. Best spot in the complex with superior view. Perfect to relax on the deck, water sports in the bay, and great proximity to the beach.
