You’ll be a short drive from the historic town of Visnjan, with a charming church and a picturesque square dotted with coffee shops. 20 minutes’ drive away you’ll find the popular resort of Porec, with a choice of beaches, bathing platforms and a wealth of shops and eateries. Back at this 2 bedroom terraced villa is an inviting private swimming pool and spacious, contemporary interiors, which make it perfect for a relaxing holiday. Pool heating, WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Ulika is a stylish modern terraced house situated in the village of Kolombera, where you'll be surrounded by the local countryside. This is a great area for cycling, to take in the scenery, with lots of small country roads and vineyards to explore along the way. The vintage town of Visnjan is less than a 10 minute’ drive away with rich historical heritage, traditional shops and authentic restaurants and coffee shops. The more established coastal resort of Porec is around 20 minutes' drive away and has a much larger variety of facilities and attractions.
