O hotel tem um serviço bom, no entanto antes a pescina era aquecida e agora nao parece ser mais. Um ponto que deixa muito a desejar é a alimentação, bem simples e basica. Se melhorar isso ficara muito bom

Não almoce no hotel no final de semana

Tudo legal, exceto pelo restaurante que no fds demorou quase 2 horas para entregar 2 strogonoffs e uma omelete. O café da manha de domingo também decepcionou na reposição dos itens, pois 1h antes de acabar o cafe da manha ja nao havia mais pao de sal disponível, leite quente e até manteiga foi necessário avisarmos que precisava repor. De resto, recomendo.

O atendimento na recepção e camareiras é muito bom. Quarto bom. O parque é do lado. Parque divertido. Só o café da manhã que dá mosca em cima dos bolos e quando encerra o horário elas tiram tudo sem perguntar se alguém quer mais algo. Deselegante.

Hotel agradável e perto do Parque.

Hotel em termos de custo benefício atende bem. Ficamos lá para aproveitar o dia no Parque. Os quartos são grandes, com ar condicionado e limpos. O café da manhã foi satisfatório também. É um hotel mais antigo que precisa de uma modernização, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. O atendimento foi muito bom, todos os atendentes foram muito receptivos. Sugiro os quartos do fundo, que são mais novos.

Hotel bom para família com crianças.

Hotel bom para família com crianças, bom custo beneficio, mas precisa de algumas melhorias como: Disponibilizar transporte para as praias, mesmo que pago. O local não é atendido por Uber (se chamado do hotel) e o preço do taxi e extremamente alto e sem tarifação de acordo com km. A praia mais próxima fica a 14km. O cardápio de refeições e limitado e o valor é muito alto para os pratos servidos. Como não há restaurantes próximos, o hóspede e obrigado a comer no hotel ou se deslocar por aprox. 18km pra jantar. Na parte de recreação para as crianças, o hotel e bom, possui uma monitora que brinca duas vezes ao dia com as crianças, dando liberdade aos pais no café da manhã e jantar. Mas na segunda feira, qdo o parque aquático não abre, também não há monitora para as crianças no hotel, e seria ideal que tivesse. O quarto que ficamos possuía TV de tubo e chuveiro elétrico, algo que precisa ser substituído urgente. Há duas piscinas para jovens e adultos, mas nenhuma piscina infantil e pracinha para os pequenos dentro do hotel. Considerando que aproximadamente 70% dos hóspedes possuem filhos pequenos, seria essencial piscina infantil e playground. Reconhecimento especial para a funcionária Ana e monitoras Cris e Carol, sempre foram solícitos e atenciosos. Obrigado!
