Precisei trocar de quarto porque o ar-condicionado do quarto inicial não funcionava e a televisão travava constantemente. Além disso, havia possíveis pontos de observação externa pelas janelas do banheiro e do quarto, o que me deixou desconfortável. No novo quarto, a cortina não veda a claridade, prejudicando o descanso. Outro ponto negativo é a portaria, que funciona com uma porta fechada que só é aberta por um funcionário quando há alguém na recepção (o que nem sempre acontece). Durante a madrugada há períodos sem funcionário algum, então se precisar entrar nesse horário não há quem abra a porta.

Fomos em lua de mel, não tivemos uma atenção quanto a arrumação do quarto (indiquei antes ao confirmar a reserva diretamente com o hotel). Nos colocaram no ultimo andar com um corredor cheio de poeira de obra, inclusive o quarto também estava... para além do ar condicionado demorar a gelar. O café da manhã foi bom, a colaboradora é super atenciosa. Uma querida.

A banheira estava muito boa, bem quentinha, a parte de SPA não sei dizer pois ficamos só uma noite então não utilizamos essa parte. O chuveiro era muito ruim, quase não esquentava, no local TB era muito barulhento creio que pq estava tendo um evento na cidade. Pois bem o café da manhã é razoável, porém logo após ir embora passei muito mal e tinha uma viagem longa pela frente, da qual achei que nunca iria chegar, pois fiquei muito mal, creio que deveriam dar uma olhada melhor no que está sendo servido, pois os ovos mexido estava horrível e o pão de forma tinha gosto de mofo. Não quero acusar ninguém, pois não posso dar certeza, mas qdo cheguei ao meu destino tive que ir ao PS do qual em exame de sangue foi constatado uma infecção alimentar, como no hotel foi a única refeição que fiz, pois depois disso não consegui nem tomar água mais. Deveria ser bom verificar a higienização na cozinha para com os alimentos.

Passei dias maravilhosos em Guarapari. Acertei e muito ao escolher a pousada. A localização é excelente, pois ao mesmo tempo que fica próximo de tudo, tb garante um sono tranquilo após um dia agitado de passeios e praias. Café da manhã com ítens suficientes para se iniciar o dia bem alimentado. Apesar de não ter utilizado o spa, percebi que é completo, no que diz respeito aos serviços. Funcionários educados. Enfim...recomendo muito a pousada.

Anuncio fake, a pousada é chifrim, banheiro com ceramica de cor diversa no piso, tomada no quarto que não funciona. Não colocam as coisas no frigobar, escada, o horário de chekin e chekout foi alterado por eles. A pousada em reforma. As massagens são terceirizadas e mais caras que se vc fizer fora.
