Overall it was a good experience and my family was happy. Noise during night from people walking in the street was annoying. There was an issue in the flow of water in the bathroom but since I was staying for 3 nights only, I did not report it.

La cura del cliente ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Costretti a parcheggiare lontano in un parcheggio a pagamento, con tre figli e molteplici bagagli alle 13 e arrivare a piedi in appartamento. Quando bastava darci il permesso di entrare in ztl per lasciare i bagagli. Nessuna comunicazione sulla festa del giorno dopo per la quale viene chiuso il centro e si può entrare solo pagando 13 euro a persona. Trovati 4 bicchieri, 4 piatti, 5 forchette, vuol dire che nessuno si è informato che stavano arrivando 5 persone. Polvere che rotolava in giro per il soggiorno. Un wc con asse rotto e il braccio doccia che perdeva acqua. La posizione è magnifica, in centro pieno con servizi a disposizione. L’appartamento è fresco e comodo.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti in primis dall'accoglienza ricevuta dallo staff di Albergo Diffuso Volterra, disponibili, gentili e pronti ad ogni nostra richiesta, in secundis dalla suite meravigliosa che ci ha lasciati a bocca aperta in ogni stanza. E poi il Bistrot è la chicca. Un'esperienza che non vediamo l'ora di ripetere!
