The reception lady could be more helpful. Customer service ettiquette is required, not tell me that they can't accept my email confirmation unless they receive it on their email and telling me to wait, was rather rude. In contrast the gentleman, who assisted with opening the gates, came to my assistance.
My online booking wasnt found when I originally booked and received an email confirmation. called into venue to confirm and a manual booking was kept on arrival. So we did not benefit from the Hotel mobile online booking. Only one pillow each. Abit uncomfortable. But you can expect anything from a 3 star rating.

I booked prior that its for 2 people, but we find 1 towel and half a toilet paper. Try to prepare the room before people check in.
