Total Scam!! please, stay away

Please, stay away from this scam business, I booked a stay for my parent in Vietnam and when my parent arrived at the hotel, they told them they couldn't stay since this hotel only reserved for Covid patients only, I called them multiple times asking for a refund but refused to communicate. Please, report them local authority.
