Top-shelf hotel no doubt. Only 2 complaints: You could hear the piped in music all night from our second floor room. Downtown streets were littered with trash Sunday morning. Waco can do better!

The front desk staff was kind. The breakfast staff seemed irritated and never smiled, which in my opinion is one of the biggest needs for people who serve morning guests. 3 issues I did have with room. 1. I needed to use the HDMI on TV (which is an easy setup with the control platform) but there was no accessible outlet plug within range of TV 2. My toilet got clogged that night but I waited until morning to call front desk for I needed a plunger. So I could get ready for the day. They said they don’t have maintainer there until after check out so I was not able to get a plunger and unable to use toilet before check out or that morning at all. 3. Aside for the nice looking and stylish room, both the chairs were not very comfortable as well as a long way from the TV. The desk chair looked nice but it was not comfortable to do work at the desk. 4. On the positive the front desk staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean and sharp looking.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It’s become our go-to hotel when in Waco based on the great location, clean rooms, and relaxing outdoor pool area with big screen tv. It’s within walking distance of lots of shopping and good restaurants.
