I like the lemon water the property provides. Went down to get some & it was all gone. So i asked if she was going to replenish the lemon water. She said she haven't had time. Mind you she was just sitting doing nothing at the time. Come back an hour later she still sitting doing nothing.

The front desk worker that checked us in was the most personable, efficient, and competent hotel worker I have ever dealt with. We had an issue with the AC not cooling down our room. We called down and explained the situation and she immediately changed us rooms. No fuss. She had the key to the new room ready when we stepped off the elevator.

The room size and layout is great, however the rooms are very out dated and needs new furniture. The bath tubs are stained and you need shower shoes to shower. The room I was in smelled really bad, seen two cockroaches one in bathroom and one in sink/room area. The couch is worn out and cushions sink in not comfortable at all. There is plenty of storage room for clothes and food if staying more than one night. I’ve machines have mold and need to be cleaned out/replaced. Breakfast was typical eggs, waffle, dry cereal.

The lay out to my room was really nice. Problem was it had a damp smell and looked to appear as if mold was on the ceiling. Maybe property had previous flooding?. Bathroom was clean but the sofa looked like it could use a cleaning. Staff was kind, lobby clean and breakfast was fine.

Staff was amazing and very accomodating. Indoor pool is not heated, so just be aware of that if you want to use it. Even my kids said it was cold. Breakfast was great and the attendee was very friendly and helpful, kept it clean and stocked. We enjoyed our waffles, sausage, eggs, juice, and coffee. With the construction, maps direct you through the neighborhood behind the hotel and it looks a bit sketchy. However, we didn’t feel unsafe.
