Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaints involve the shower. I had booked a room with an open shower for those in a wheelchair without realizing. When we took a shower the water went EVERYWHERE!! We had a small lake on the floor flowing out the door. We had the curtain pulled and the shower head pointed as far in as it would go. The other concern was the temperature of the water. It was a chilly evening and the water was only lukewarm. Very unsatisfying.

Overall hotel was dirty. Elevator, carpet, hand sanitizer dispenser empty. Night staff (male) was lacking customer service etiquette, shower did not work. Did not have a lever or pull button to open shower flow. Will not recommend anyone and will make sure i do not stay there on my way home. Overall opinion. Dirty hotel.

Front desk was amazing. Especially at check in. Would stay again just because of the service. Cons : Breakfast had very limited options. Hotel needs some upkeep. Shower handle was broken. I had to wait 15 minutes for a manager to show up to check me in. I had reserved a king bed and was given two queens. Later found out a king was available. Room only had warm water. Not hot. The eggs and coffee were good. The cinnamon rolls were barely warm in the middle.

I get it that it is a stop and go “express” but come on the elevators were a mess and not up kept. Properly was a wreck. ceiling had a horrible water stain that was not patched. Said coffee but no coffee pot, towels better just bring your own. Hey but the beds were good.

The entire hotel was dirty, there was dirt and debris all over the floors, and dead crickets on the floor in the gym. The air conditioning was broken in the gym. When I checked into my room staff was quick and friendly but When I got to my room there were no washcloths or a hand towel. Breakfast was fine and parking was good.
