Absolutely disastrous stay. The sheets were dirty the tub had visible plaster on it. The towels were old and rough. Super loud outside you could hear everything outside including the passing traffic. No noice canceling windows. Also, the room had cockroaches !!

The room smelled like mold. There were holes in the wall, bloodstained sheets and the taped a sign next to the sink warning us of it leaking water. We did not feel safe.

I booked a 2Q ADA room back in April. The day of arrival I was informed this room does not exist. They only have a 2Q no ADA or a K ADA. We have a full assist family member and had 3 additional adults with us to help. My options were to pay for an additional room or make the King ADA work. I asked for a waiver of the cancellation fee due to no prior notification and they granted it. However this left us paying higher prices and looking for a room last minute after traveling via plane and car. The blame was placed on Expedia for not removing that style of room when they have “requested the change several times.”

The room that i stayed in smelt like smoke, the bed sheets were super itchy. If you bring you own blankets to lay on and cover up with that can be solved. But everything else was what i payed for. A room that works, shower, fridge, microwave.

Walls were dirty, there were blood stains on the covers, and the tub was filthy. There was also a hole on the ceiling, in the bathroom and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Before we made it to the room, one of the staff went & checked the room to make sure it was clean and came back and said it was good. That was unacceptable, and very disappointing.

Ask for a no smoking room & got the opposite Marijuana smell . And after midnight it got worst. My room started getting weed smoke from maybe vent from other room and when i woke up next morning i woked up with a headache but thats not all. I was high of the smoke. The next day i got a new room that was a good room till around 11pm the same thing but this time i found out that the smoke was coming from the restroom vents.

Motel 6 - About What You Expect & Pay For

Room was pretty clean. Bed was comfortable and firm. HVAC was very cold and relatively quiet. Bathroom was sad shape with low water pressure and very dated, well used to say the least. Bathroom reno attempted, but looks like they just slapped some stuff together and then quit.

Tv did not work roaches everywhere and my ac leaked water all over the floor! The only positive was it was cheap and in a good part of town. Right next to good restaurants!
