Another pleasant stay

Stayed here again because it is very economical and located on a major highway. This makes access to the twin cities easier. Everything was very clean and tidy. Our bed was large and quite comfortable. The chairs for the continental breakfast were also very comfortable. The breakfast could have additional items available, but was adequate.

Firstly we were assigned a different room then we paid for and it was dirty. The floor was some sort of vynl and had not been properly swept in who knows how long. There were bits of paper and crumbs and a whole lot of dust everywhere. The bathtub had hair all over it. We let them know this and showed them. They moved us to the correct room but it was even dirtier. The bathub soap scum was so heavy it came off in chunks when wiped the floor was so dusty I left a hand print. The hotel staff just responded with a shoulder shrug saying well we have cleaning in every day.. the beds were clean. So if you only care to sleep then you're good. We ended up not staying and having to find a new hotel at 1am.

I found body hair on the shower walls and laying on the back of the toilet. The pool and hot tub definitely need to be drained and cleaned. The water was very foggy in the pool and the hot tub had ants in it. Over all the young man that checked me in was very accommodating and the beds were very comfortable.

The room and hot tub were better than expected. The 2 issues I had was breakfast was not like other hotels basically cearal and waffles. The internet was atrocious.. with that said I would stay here again just bring your own breakfast.

This is my second time ataying here. Bith times the front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Both saw me on ceutches and gave me a handicap room, which made a big difference!
