The property is approached via the private road to St Enodoc Golf club which is well maintained.

Accessibility note: There is a slope down to the front parking area and level access around the house. Step up to front door and living room on first floor. Also note no handrails to steps up from front garden to public footpath or from rear of property down the steps to lawned garden.
