I would have to compliment the staff from the moment we arrived they were so welcoming and I wasn't the easiest guest I turned up late Saturday afternoon and the lady at reception was beautiful it was mother's day the next day and I was travelling with my 10yo son without hesitation she was able to give me a late check-out to spend time with my boy I can't thank the staff at this motel enough just beautiful people all round

It was close to the Hospital my husband was in so it was convenient for me. was a bit noisy with traffic earlier in the night but did quieten down Over all a good stay.

We were at the back end of the conplex so fairly quiet , all rooms are ground floor was walking distance to some restaurants and hospitals. Room was large and well designed/set out. In looked after condition.

Avoid at all costs took money from my credit card after we checked out and refuses to say what for. Told me i was rude when i asked him about it, gave him a week to sort it ( he only asked for 24 hours ) and now says he is not going to deal with it and refuses to answer the phone. So now i have no option but to take the matter further.

Average Stay

The office staff member was helpful, supportive and checkin was efficient. Room comfortable enough. Cleanliness was a problem; the garbage was not emptied so had last clients trash, a coffee mug had not been cleaned so coffee stained and packed with the other clean ones, under bed and some other furniture was dirty, including a couple of old thongs from previous clients. Parking can get crowded if there are many guests on site, and the Entrance can be restrictive. Good little bathroom, although crack in wall, shower good. Plenty of space in the Room. An average stay compated to last time we were there.

Offer a last minute hotel was told that a $100 deposit was required when it was last minute though it was a bit rude as we attend a large sporting event to be told this was very rude
