QUIET TIME:
This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays (Sunday through Thursday nights) and between midnight and 8:00 a.m. on weekends (Friday and Saturday nights).

PARKING:
Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road.
