It was a very cute and comfortable spot to stay and play. Beach access very nearby, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the yard was perfect for playing catch, cornhole and frisbee.
Les points faibles : Communication, emplacement, exactitude de lâannonce
The neighbor to this property came out screaming obscenities the first 2 minutes we were there. We spoke calmly to them and tried to meet their demands. We were on with the rental company for a hour before we simply had to leave and move rentals in the late evening. The home seemed very nice but the neighbors make it impossible to enjoy. Unfortunate for the owner of this home. Wish I could have more positive things to say but in our experience not worth dealing with the very unreasonable neighbors.
The house was comfy and the management team was great! The house has everything you need dvd. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash! Would love to stay here again.
The home on a hill was fresh and inviting. The decore was perfectly chosen. The open floor plan of the house accommodated our family nicely. The view of the Pacific was calming. Our overall experience was great.
This property was modern and clean. The layout was great and the couch was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was close to the main road for convenience but far enough that you never hear road noise and it feels very safe. My only real complaint was that the pillow covers were a little crunchy. :) Would definitely stay there again.
Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. The management company, Sweet Home, was very responsive and friendly when we had questions. The house is new and very well laid out. We loved the heated floors and fire place. The house is a very short walk to a wonderful beach. We had lovely walks every morning and evening along the beach. We had a dog with us. The house has a large fenced yard which worked well for the dog. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pans and utensils. We would definitely stay here again.
We loved this home. It had all we needed. The kitchen was very stocked! All the baking dishes, mixing bowls, utensils, and pans I could hope for. Beds were nice. Living space perfect. Our dog loved the big yard and so did we. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. We had plenty of towels. We even completed some of the puzzles provided. I have no complaints about this house. The location is great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
It was so windy and rained so hard during our stay that it was difficult to sleep at night because of the noise, things banging around the house All night! the hot tub lid ripped off and we could only use the hot tub one day of the Four. Also the house was way to hot to sleep. We tried turning heat down and opening windows but with the rain and wind speeds, this was difficult to do most of the time. Check in wS after dark and this made it hard to find the place...
We drove up the hill not knowing what to expect. Made the corner and WOW, here sits our home for the next five nights. Huge fenced backyard. We played with our wheaten terriers before even entering the house. They both were in heaven with the size of the yard.
Entered the home and it was spectacular. Everything in the home was new and comfortable. TV was big, gas fireplace was nice to turn on early mornings. Really enjoyed the farmhouse sink in the kitchen. Every pot and pan you would need was provided. No spices, oil, or condiments. I could see this changing in the near feature. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the rain shower.
We did use and enjoy the outdoor hot tub, in the early morning you can hear the surf. We didnât use the outdoor fireplace but sat around it while watching our girls run and play. There was a new ping pong table and bbq in the garage.
The only addition that could be considered would be a shade on the slider door. We didnât need one for our stay because the next door house seemed empty, so it didnât bother us.
We would book again if youâll have usâŠ

Everything was five-star , a very nice place!
There were a few things we would really have appreciated knowing ahead of time. First of all, this is a no-shoe house, which is fine and all, but people need to plan ahead and bring an indoor pair of something to wear and not dirty up their socks. Luckily I brought a pair of trail shoes and reserved those for beeches and outdoors. A stool in the garage would be nice for shoe switching. Second of all, *be clear* about the beach access. The photos and lack of verbiage addressing this gave us confidence that the beach was nearby or that the property was at least on the west side of Hwy. 101. We were greatly let down to discover that it was approximately a bit of a walk and included crossing Highway 101.
Information on using the heating system would really be appreciated. Most folks don't understand using floor heating systems well. In fact we froze the first 24 hours, so maybe preheat the place a day early for visitors coming during winter months. Once the heat caught up, we kept the thermostats set on 55 and used the gas fireplace to warm the place up in the mornings. There must be some terrific insulation!
Please get the patio door fixed! We had a hard time opening it or closing it.
We recommend solar lighted markers for the driveway. It can't be seen at night. At all.
