My flight git cancelled, called the hotel and expedia and explained that i would not be checking in until the next day and could they switch my reservation to the next day. They both agreed. The hotels district managers overruled that agreement snd after i checked out i was billed for 2 nights. The hotel is not that great and the manager manager is a joke.

Dated but clean & comfortable. Extremely small breakfast area & a full hotel so desk clerk gave a card valued at 2 free meals (3 choices)at a local restaurant across from Wall Drug. We chose that option and it was good.

Hotel offered a very nice breakfast including yogurt, fresh fruits, pancakes, waffles and granola. Popcorn in the evenings, fridge and microwave, clean and quiet.

Very small room - no elevator so had to lug suitcases up stairs. Breakfast was minimal and only 2 tables in breakfast area so had to bring our breakfast back up the stairs to our room- we were not impressed
