Set in a popular location within walking distance to Wanaka township, Release Wanaka - Farrant Drive sits on an easy slope looking out to Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps. Featuring a large, contemporary kitchen, the open plan living area looks out to the stunning view, with sliding windows opening up completely to allow full enjoyment. The comfortable living area has a gas fireplace, and also opens up into the deck and garden area within the property.
The interior is modern and stylish. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and bright and all 3 bathrooms offer their own individual style with custom made vanities and funky tiles. This fantastic holiday home is warm and welcoming - the perfect place to retreat to after a busy day exploring the amazing Wanaka region.
There are fantastic walking and biking tracks on your doorstep, making it easy to get out and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
