Great location, close to Lake Wanaka, shops and restaurants, room was modern and clean, bed was firm and comfortable, the owner was friendly and helpful. The only thing missing was a writing desk inside the room.

We stayed 1 night in the Garden View 2 bedroom apt. Very clean with large bedrooms. Modern with small seating area and kitchen table. Staff was extremely helpful as we had a very late arrival and called to confirm our door code. Louie called back promptly with the information and was kind enough to even send us a video as to how to access the apt.

This place is brand new. We were the first to stay in it. Not large but well laid out. Bed, pillows, towels great. Awesome shower head removable, adjustable height, multiple settings. There is a deck outside the room with a view of the mountains. It is just a couple blocks straight down the road to the great town of Wanaka right on the lake surrounded by mountains. Make sure you pre check in, but Louis will take care of any issues.
