This small holiday home for two people is located on the owner's fenced residential property in a quiet residential area just 150 metres from the Tiefwarensee lake. A restaurant is approx. 500 m away, the old town of Waren (Müritz) with the beautiful town harbour, other restaurants and shopping facilities is approx. 1.5 km away and the train station is just under 600 m away.The approx. 30 m² holiday home is equipped with a combined living room and bedroom (double bed, sofa bed, dining area, flat-screen TV, radio), a separate, small kitchen (electric hob, fridge, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, WC) and gas heating. There is also a furnished, covered terrace and barbecue. The total price includes final cleaning, water, energy, bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjoining promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
