In order to maintain security for our neighborhood, we require guests to submit a verified form of identification prior to check-in for a soft background check. After the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email from our partnered agency "Safely" to go through a quick 5 min screening process. Please note that in order to access the property at check-in, guests must complete this prior to their check-in date.

20 NIGHT+ Long Stay Cleaning Fee
For stays longer than 20 nights, the cleaning fee will be adjusted to account for the need for a more thorough and extensive cleaning. This helps maintain the property in excellent condition for both your stay and future guests. You will be notified of the revised cleaning fee and an updated payment request will be sent after your reservation is confirmed.
