Escape to this newly renovated coastal retreat in Warren’s peaceful Touisset area, where modern luxury meets shimmering ocean views. This stylishly refreshed home blends sleek, contemporary design with relaxed seaside living, offering a quiet sanctuary to unwind. Start your morning with coffee on the enclosed porch, featuring cozy rattan chairs perfectly positioned to capture the coastal breeze.

- We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
- We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.

The space
FIRST FLOOR:
Enjoy an enclosed porch nook with views—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. This level also features a dining area with seating for four, a brand-new modern kitchen that’s fully stocked, and a comfortable living room with a pull out sofa. The primary bedroom is located on this floor and includes a full en-suite bathroom, along with an additional full bathroom for convenience.
SECOND FLOOR:
Upstairs, you’ll find the two additional bedrooms, many with coastal views. One bedroom features a queen bed, while another includes a bunk bed (2 twin beds total).
- Ideal for kids or extra guests. A half bathroom is also located on this level.
LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level offers a large finished basement with light seating (chairs and small
tables). It’s a simple, open area—great for kids to run around, set up games, or gather as
a group. A laundry room is also located on this level.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Spend time on the deck with outdoor dining for six and a propane grill, or unwind by the backyard fire pit with seating for four.

You can easily get an Uber or Lyft as well. The closest walkable water access from the house is the waterfront at Burr's Hill Park and the adjacent Warren Town Beach, it's about 1.3 miles away. Burr's Hill Park is a public waterfront recreation area.

6. We conduct inspections for damage or missing items before and after each stay.
7. Fire pit use requires constant supervision and must be fully put out when not in use.
