With a babbling brook outside your living room, you can ski over the bridge to the lift and hit the slopes for first tracks and a perfect powder run. After your day, ski down to your door, and home to the warm glow of a fire, for a perfect evening. Only a short walk to the Resort's restaurants and pubs, Chez Henri for dinner, and workout at the health and racquet club with indoor pool. Golf at a Robert Trent Jones signature course. Ski, Bike, Hike the beautiful Green Mountains, or paddle the Mad River from this perfect condo at Sugarbush. Many high-end, custom construction upgrades and interior finish details in a one-of-a-kind unit in this newly constructed building completed in the fall of 2020. No detail has been overlooked. Pomerantz custom cabinets throughout, with hardwood floor milled to match. Soapstone, Carrera, Miele, GE Cafe/Monogram appliances; Baldwin hardware, Newport Brass/Rohl plumbing fixtures, as well as custom lighting/wire and extra insulation.
