The water in the shower and bathtub does not maintain a constant temperature. Sometimes it runs hot and sometimes cold. This can lead to burns. There is a design flaw in the hot water installation. The mixer (regulator is damaged). Food is fantastic , cleaning and staff fantastic

Comfortable and modern room with charging/connectivity options on both sides of bed. Downside was being situated beliw the ‘club lounge’ with its hard floor - disappointing noise until 2300. Breakfast very good. Restaurant/bar also rather pleasant, if only to avoid being in our room and nit have to listen to the racket above…! Check in a bit delayed, had to sit for 30 mins waiting.

Amazing

Amazing hotel. Beautiful room service breakfast. Rooms clean and lovely. Couldn’t ask for more. Right in the city, 3 min walk to tram stop, about 15 min walk to the mall. Brilliant loved everything about this hotel. We will definitely come back soon

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself was in pristine condition, and you could tell room cleaning is kept at a high standard. The hotel breakfast was outstanding with many options, and again, staff was very professional and kind. During my next stay in Warsaw, I would not even think twice about staying at this Westin location.
