This was the worst hotel i have ever had the displeasure of walking inside! I requested my money back and they refused. Broken fingernails, hair in the sink, and shower, and trash on the floor. The sheets were so gross looking I would never sleep on them. It was so horrific I am still in shock and disbelief i could not receive a refund. NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL FPR ANY REASON EVER!!!!

No AC in any rooms that were working, TV was not working, appeared to be a place of ill repute with lots of sketchy people lingering around property. In my 55 years the worst motel/hotel I have ever stayed in. I needed to be close to the airport for an early departure but would never stay again.

The property was run down and not clean. The sheets seemed clean but the floor, shower, and vents were filthy. Soap scum, mold, hair, on floor and drain, vents coated with dust, poor lighting and furniture. I saw the sign in lobby say no refunds if unhappy 15 minutes after check in.. should have been a clue.

The cops came by on a regular basis just to make sure things were ok. There were crumbs on the floor, small holes in the walls, patches all over, lightest possible blanket ever on the bed, noisy doors and a/c, sparse room with no art work or warmth, shower looked like it had not been wiped down at all, towel holder falling off the wall, smoke smell in non-smoking room, pot smell all over the place….. the price was great but not worth fearing for my life. Never again would I contemplate staying here.

The room was actually very nice and put together and the staffing was very nice. A few things I didn’t like was the AC and heat unit we had in my room made sounds as it’s on so we just left it off, the hot water pours out less than the cold water in the shower, the towels there if you use them or wipe yourself off, you will have a little specs around your body that you have to wipe off. Walking down the halls to our room it stinked. The entrance to our room area most of the time was kept open by big rocks that people would put, even without the rocks, though the door doesn’t close all the way you have to make sure you push it closed behind you. Lastly, as we were returning our room card, we overheard how other guest saw mice in their room and that they demanded a refund. We are glad we didn’t encounter that at least. Overall, it wasn’t that bad but a lot of maintenance is needed there.

Is really bad for Expedia not to take care of safety, reputation and comfort of costumer, this property is not safe clean,secur,under construction more of half of the hotel, but Expedia doesn't know this, how could this be, i really want at least of half of my money back, this is bad bad bad,to bad i can't add pictures here,i would love to send it
