I was told my room was clean and we could check in. The desk manager was very accommodating. First there were not enough towels and no washcloths. We waited for awhile and went to desk. They assured us towels were coming from the laundry. I washed with a hand towel. That night when we got into bed there was medicine on the sheets and whiskers when someone had shaved in the bed. We slept there and reported to manager. After a few minutes, he gave us another room since we were staying 4 nights. So we moved all of our things to 9th floor. It was cleaner. We stayed the remaining nights there.

This hotel is very cute! It was perfect for our purpose- hubby and wifey getaway. It’s not luxurious but it checks all the boxes. There are a ton of great dining options nearby. Staff was very courteous and attentive. I didn’t rate it excellent because I feel it lack warmth and coziness. It has a minimalist style that left me feeling a little cold. That being said, I would stay here again. The price point is well set.

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times before. Usually a decent stay and I’m in and out so I don’t expect much. This time I stayed for a week because of the holiday. Everyday I woke up not knowing if the hot water in the sink or shower would work. Also, the water would spit out of the shower head intermittently. Had to call the front desk multiple times for the tech to come. Would resolve for a moment but eventually would become a problem again. You would think that with the constant issue, they would change my room to one with consistent hot water and a shower head that works, but nothing was done. I even let them know this had been an issue multiple times. Lack of customer service and basic amenities that I would expect from a Marriot hotel.
